Gorumitilu

Gorumitilu is a famous sweet from Andhra that is made using flour, butter, sugar mixed together using water to form dough which is then shaped into ovals and fried in hot oil after which finally soaked in caramel syrup that involves using ingredients like cardamom powder, lemon juice, and sugar which is once again mixed with water boiled until it comes at 1 string consistency. The fried crispies are then soaked into the caramel syrup to complete the recipe.
