Red Velvet Cake, 19 Nov 2018

I received my red Velvet cake in spoiled condition very soon i informed the same to OYC by calling their Customer care number they responed very sooner than i expected and my cake was replaced with a brand new cake within hours also to my suprise i was also provided monetary compensation for the same. I very much appreciate their efforts to rectify my problem very soon thus i strongly recommend this site to anyone as they are working hard on improving their services.

i wanted a Tirupati Laddu to be delivered in wayanad in Kerala so i chose OYC and they took efforts to deliver the sweet on time to my destination even though the area is far off from city and previously i gave many online sites a try all of them hesitated but OYC delivered my sweet with nice packaging after which i regularly make sweet purchases from them and till date not even a single delivery has been delayed.
